Camera and Location
We send a camera down the line, watch the blockage or break on screen, and mark exactly where it sits — before anyone cuts concrete.

The point of a camera run is to stop guessing. You see what we see: whether it is roots at a joint, a belly holding water, a crack, or a section that has gone rough inside.
Locating is the second half and the part that saves money. The camera head is tracked from above ground, so the spot gets marked on the dirt or the slab. That mark is where the repair opens — not a best guess.
It is also the honest way to answer whether you need a repair at all. Sometimes the line is fine and the clog was just a clog.
Nothing gets cut, dug, or replaced until you've seen the problem and approved the price.
Through a cleanout or an access point, with you watching the screen.
Roots, belly, crack, or buildup. Each one leads to a different recommendation.
The camera head is tracked from the surface and the location marked, so any digging starts in the right place.
What it is, what it would take to fix, and whether it needs fixing now or can wait.
